The cross is thicker than I thought it was going to be, I just wish it came with a longer chain

Chain is way too small!

My husband purchased this necklace for me for Christmas. I was excited to receive it. However, when I opened the necklace, the chain was all tangled up on one side. It appeared that someone had done this on purpose, as I cannot see how a necklace chain could be so tangled when attached together . The chain is very delicate. I am returning it because I am afraid it will break if I try to untangle it. So disappointed.
