Screws are already rusting to the point they're breaking. Mother's Day gift, so it's been sitting out less than 3 months.

I requested replacement parts which I did receive but then months later, I randomly received this parcel. With just a screw in it.

Bought 2 gliders 12 years ago and certain parts wearing out. Sent Kyle the pics and what parts I needed and they are in there way. Fantastic service.

I needed some new bearings for my glider and Heidi fixed me up during these troubled times, it was nice to get gliding again.

We love our new glider. It is very sturdy and we are going to enjoy many hours of gliding on our front porch.

Love this glider - very smooth and well built, when I did have a problem they replaced the parts as soon as reported:)

Great stress reliever., gliding back and forth. Fairly comfortable. will add cushions. Doesn't creak!

For the Senior Ladies of Westminster, this has brought hours of great pleasure, joy of swinging , chatting and sharing wonderful memories together.

The best customer service representative. Solved my issue with the outmost courtesy and professionalism.

Easy installation, comfy and relaxing but bad quality, the screws on the wooden slabs kept on breaking leaving a piece inside.
