Great service by Jonathan, his personality made me feel very confortable as I explained my situation and problem. He put me at ease as he helped.

I bought this product 18 months ago and it rusted at all connections to a point that the parts actually started to separate. I feared someone using it and injuring themselves it the parts separated while used.

Bad Quality Control

Bought from Sam's Club, Received unit and right out of the box I saw that the left arm had a dent in the bottom rail, which bowed that rail. It had to be dented before it was packaged, because there was no damage to the shipping carton. Also when attaching the back panel there are 4 acorn nuts all supposed to be 10mm, one of these was a 9mm, which demanded a trip to the hardware store to get a 10mm Acorn Nut so I could finish assembly.

Manufacturing flaw...can not recommend

My company purchased this glider for our courtyard in March 2019. We are located in Ohio. It was used very little and by August 2019 several of the screws mounting the slats to the metal frame had rusted and broke in half causing the slats to lift and warp. We thought this has to be a fluke as the reviews were so good. So we hired a contractor to take the glider back to the store and ordered a new one in September. By years end the same thing started to happen to our new glider. Winter came, COVID came and it was September 2020 before we were able to get a contractor to take the glider back. Sams club management refused to refund the glider because of their 270 day return policy. I’m assuming the manufacturer of this product is unaware of this product flaw and until it is resolved I can not recommend this as customers need to be informed. I’ve attached a photo of one of the rusted, broken screws. There are six locations on this glider now and it’s only one year old.

Some Good News - Some Not So Much

First let me preface my review by saying this glider looks exactly as I wanted it to - just as I'd envisioned. Second, its very comfortable, and in the two weeks we've had it, I'm pleased - sort of. Might I suggest if you purchase this item, just go ahead and pick you up several packages of #10 x 1 in pan head Phillips stainless sheet metal screws because you're gonna need them. The day after we assembled the glider the first slat came up because they use cheap screws it just split in half (the screw not the slat), leaving the bottom portion of the screw where it had to be dug out of the board. We fixed it with above mentioned screws. A couple of days later, same thing happened, and then again today. I figure by the time we replace all 24 CHEAP screws, our glider will be good to go (hopefully). Anyway, my review is still a good one as I'm pleased with the comfort and look. They just probably would have been as well off just sending it in a smaller box with assembly required. BTW, I'm surprised we even got all the parts, bad screws and all, as the box was pretty much giving the appearance it had been stuck on a conveyor belt and shredded. Still trying to contact the customer service to send a couple of plastic bolt covers for the "squashed" ones, but apparently they're still self- isolating.

Waste of money

I had this assembled and about 10 days later the slats popped up. Screws broke holding them down. This piece came assembled so it was nothing we did wrong. I notified customer service he said send pics. I did. A week later I notified again. Thru email he said "looks like the screws came loose". I told him I had messaged him that they broke. Still waiting for response. Don't know if I can get the broke screws out.

falling apart

I purchased this for my Mother for Mother's day and loved it at first with it made by Lifetime i was not worried about it lasting. I went to my Mother's a few weeks later and this is what I found a broken bench with rusted screws and boards just sitting on the frame, it's disgusting how poorly this is made. I wi8ll be contacting Sams about returning but I no longer have the packaging. I just want to cry, this should have been a gift that would last for her lifetime and it's broke in less that a month.

Great...until a day after warranty is up.

We had this in our backyard for just over two years because the "wood" slats started lifting and screws began falling out. It was placed on our patio, under a gazebo, where it would be protected from the weather. It still glides fairly well with only slight squeeking but we really don't use it because we can't fix the slats! We had outdoor patio furniture made of the same material that's going on seven years but this is rusty and not useful.

Poor Quality, boards warped and screws failed.

We purchased two weeks ago. The first time it rained the board warped so badly it pulled away from the frame and the screws that held it together snapped. I have tried repeatedly to reach Lifetime but they will not answer their phone nor will they respond to emails. this is too bad as it seemed like such a good glider.
