Glider was easy to put together. One slat was broken, but one phone call with a friendly and helpful agent had the replacement on it's way. Agents were busy but the call back function worked perfectly.( suprize)

Well made and looks attractive. Difficult to assemble, it took almost 3 hours. Shipping was outstanding with item arriving almost a week early. We will be buying cushions for added comfort.

Received this bench a week ago. It does have a cracked slat in it and my husband reached out to customer service and they are sending a replacement board. It is just as pictured

I bought 1 for me a few years back, gave my daughter's family 1 for xmas and recommended it to my neighbor. I ordered it and had it shipped right to her house!

We bought this several years ago and have enjoyed using it. We like to sit on our front porch and this is very comfortable. In addition, it is a very nice looking piece to have on our porch.

Every thing was great but it had a small defect one of the swing studs was incorrect in size probably a factory error of some sort I’m still satisfied and will be using the product still

a part broke after several years of use on my glider. i contacted customer service and due to the pandamic, it took a couple of weeks to get a response, but it was worth it! Halie sent me the parts to repair the glider for free!

It comfortable and last a very long time and maintains the quality look it comes with. It cleans up easily with Soap and water or a power washer if necessary. No social

It's easy to assemble, I did it myself but an old person might have problems doing it alone. The look and feel is awesome. It works as expected gliding smooth.

I bought this product 18 months ago and it rusted at all connections to a point that the parts actually started to separate. I feared someone using it and injuring themselves it the parts separated while used.
