No refrigeration, easy to open packets,& it works with antibiotics. It takes the gur out of the gut. I have confidence it works quickly when I need it.

In addition, I had heard that they would help to support my immune system. I found these supplements very easy to take and swallow because they are of average size and in clear capsule form. I am taking them twice daily with water. I have not suffered any kind of allergic reaction to date or experienced any other kind of side effect. I am very impressed by the fact that this supplement can be taken at the same time as a course of antibiotics because, of course, that is exactly when you need them the most to add good bacteria to the gut. I finished a 7-day supply of antibiotics not so long ago and it has been useful to take the probiotics to try and achieve a balanced digestive system. The packaging states they are fast-acting and start to work almost right away. I am very optimistic I can achieve my aims by taking this supplement and will continue on in an attempt to feel better.

I have definitely jumped on the probiotic wagon and will keep these in my medicine cabinet! They don’t have a bad taste and the pill size isn’t to big!

My doctor recommended this while on antibiotics and I've been taking it ever since. I had to take miralax everyday for years and still would only go once a week and laxatives wouldn't work, just make me have painful gas. It didn't even take a week for Florastor to get me going everyday. I'm so happy I finally found something that works. I've taken other probiotics with no difference. It's kind of pricey for just a 10 day supply but you get what you pay for I guess.

Received my order quite quickly. However I was disappointed that each capsule was individually wrapped. I don't take them with me. I put them in a daily weekly pill holder. Seven at a time. Hoping I will notice that they work better than similar products. They may have in the past
