Hi, Please check if anything sharp like a small stone or screw was stuck at the bottom of the robot. Please clean it if there was anything. Please kindly be advised that the wheels of robot touching your floor directly are made of rubber. Our robot is floor friendly designed and has been tested in the lab without causing damage to floors.  Customer may pay less attention to the ground situation before purchasing the robot vacuum and pays more attention to it after purchase. According to our past experience, such scratches are made by other matters instead of our robot. You could test in a small clean area to verify it.
