Great for coffee

I have purchased this product for years. However, my last 3-4 purchases have been unacceptable due to chunky material in the liquid, even while not having a spoiled smell & also a “use by” date a month beyond current date. I run thru a metal strainer to capture material. Definitely not fat solids as does not disappear in hot coffee.

I never had a problem with the 64 oz. half and half but that has been discontinued. This smalled 32 oz. half and half contains sodium citrate. I can not longer froth the half and half. Also, the item description and product pictures (2 above and they're both different) are incorrect when compared to my current cart: Total fat is 3g, not 3.5g shown above. Same with the Calcium percentage 30mg vs. 35mg and potassium shows 0mg vs. 45mg. There are ingredients shown above but my current carton shows: "Milk, Cream, Contains Less Than 1% Sodium Citrate". I will not be purchasing this half and half in the future. Why such a consistency in the product information?
