This product has recently changed. They have added disodium phosphate which is an emulsifier. Apparently they have reduced the amount of cream in the 'half and half' and felt the need to add a thickener which has both cardiac and kidney concerns.

It's cheap enough, but it's got more than just milk and cream, and that also means more sodium. I'll stick with either Land O Lakes or Aldi's "organic" stuff.

I bought two cartons because they were such a good price. Both cartons had not expired yet but they were both curdled. Sam's did not hesitate to credit my card. Love Sam's club!

this product used to only have milk and cream for ingredients. they have now added other stuff to it and it is not good. Can you please go back to only cream and milk?!

You’ve got to have cream for your coffee, and I love half and half. We never run out of cream because I would become a monster without my morning fix. Good stuff.

AWFUL taste. Perhaps my carton was a fluke since everyone else seems to love it, but I will not be buying this again. I’ve used a variety of brands and this is the only one I’ve had flavor issues with.
