I like the printer, works fine so far. Takes a little while to start printing but that is about it.

Was difficult to set up with WI FI and old HP was easy, I am still trying to get it to be the default printer

This is a great printer. Prints out quickly and colors are vibrant, also received two free ink cartridges in the mail.

Couldn't get it to work. Wouldn't connect to WiFi. Had the Geek Squad try. No success. Returning it.

It was confusing for this 75 year old lady to set up so I had to call my grandson to help. I feel they needed a few more directions. I have always used HP products.

I was in need of a new printer because my previous HP was several years old and had run it's course, and to find this at Sam's Club was awesome!! Once you throw in technical support warranty and the ink program, it was definitely a no brainer

This printer goes through ink like water. I just bought 2 cartridges for $37 %26 they are gone in minutes!! I will be returning this and finding something better.

I am a loyal client to hp and had the hp printer 4100 series and 2100 series and honestly this is the best version without paying hundreds of dollars.

This is by far the worst printer I have ever purchased. From the 90 minutes on-line with HP "techs" for set up issues to the printer reportingly going "off-line" at least once a week.

You can’t simply connect to your router and print. It’s larger and heavier than pictured. Not compact if that’s what you are looking for. It functions as well as any of this price point.
