After a little difficulty setting up the printer has worked great.

So far I have been on the phone with tech support several times for over an hour. Not happy

Purchased this printer for home use and it was the perfect choice.

The printer works fine, but it is slower than I thought.  For my low usage, it's not much of a problem

Did not realize it does not work without the internet. Took hours to install and even then, could not get my computer to recognize it as my printer. No help from HP although a week ago, “chat” took my number and said a representative would call. Also, how does anyone print when Spectrum loses service?

I replaced my old HP printer with this one. So far doing a good job for me and I like the double sided printing as saves on paper. This model takes up so much less space than my older model did which is a plus for me. I like the fact  that it loads paper in front and trying the instant ink deal on trial as for now.  It’s working well on my WiFi and the price was a great deal!!
