Although the set is nice, we received the wrong color cushion covers. When we called customer service to get the new ones, we were told we’d have to return the entire patio set in order to get the right color covers. We had already assembled it! Why couldn’t we just return the covers? Sam’s gave us the number of the “manufacturer” who turned out to be just a distributer. They were no help. We paid for blue cushions. We got beige.

We're very happy with our patio conversation set! It arrived quickly, had all the parts, and I assembled it by myself, quickly and with minimal tools. It even had some extra hardware, which was good, because I stripped one of the screw heads. It's sturdy, so it won't blow away in a significant wind, and it's stylish and comfortable. I was concerned about the keeping the white cushions clean, but they're reasonably dirt-resistant. Could have used some instructions or a photo to show which pillows go on which piece, but I eventually figured it out.

Moved in to a new condo and was looking for the right lanai furniture. We looked at a lot of furniture, so happy we found this. The teak wood is beautiful and the comfort is amazing. We overlook a marina in South West Florida and the furniture gives a marina vibe, perfect fit.

this is our second purchase of the teak furniture. it is the best buy you can make . we came from vegas where our first set was by the pool for two years. now in arizona with more area outside so we bought our second set . came perfect as the first. we added teak oil right away. first set 2.5 years old looks as good as the new set. adding oil to older set along with new set for that great look.

Looked and looked for patio furniture to go on our sun porch. I found this online and loved the look, and the price was very reasonable (I priced a lot of sets online and in the stores) but was afraid it would not be comfortable enough to sit on for long periods of time. I should not have been worried! This set looks just as good as it does in the picures and it is so comfortable. We use it all the time! It was easy to put together, and delivery was quick. The cushions are a little intimidating because of the light color, but the covers do come off and they can be washed. I highly recommend this set.

The quality and design of this set is great. It looks very elegant. I do recommend scotchguarding the fabric because of the light color. The only drawback is you will need at least 2 coats of teakwood oil as the wood really soaks it up. I went thru 4 cans.

I was skeptical given the price, but figured Sams would not carry something that wasn't fit for purpose. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Fantastic. Boxes came within about 5 days, all shrink-wrapped. Hauled it to my lake house and assembled. Very stright forward. Solid construction. Bolts, etc. were all there, even spares. No problems what so ever. As other reviewers wrote, the cushions had some marks, because the plastic wrapping was torn. But no big deal. Best value purchase i think i've ever made. I used teak oil on the parts before assembling....looks great. furniture is on our screen porch. Friends can't believe how inexpensive. I searched everywhere...in stores and on line. Maybe better quality at Smith and Hawkens or similar high-end stores....but their stuff is only marginally better, and given the stupid prices they want....NO where near the value of this furniture.

Very pleased with the teak quality and finish, as well as the construction and ease of assembly. Clear, concise directions and well designed assembly. I was expecting teak of lesser quality/finish, but pleasantly surprised to find it was well-sanded, smooth and solid. I was also relieved to find the cushions were wrapped securely in plastic, then heavy paper to protect them. They were clean and well constructed, notched to fit these specific seating pieces, and very thick and firm. There was sanding dust on the wood pieces, but wiped clean easily with a damp cloth. Every piece arrived well-secured in three shipping boxes and nothing was damaged. The fabric on the cushions is a very light-colored beige poly with a minimum sheen and is quite neutral. I priced similar teak sets extensively and all exceeded $3000.00 in cost. I would have preferred a choice in cushion fabric, but found the value to be too good to pass up.

My husband and I refurbished our backyard landscaping and needed to replace our 20 year old patio furniture. I looked everywhere, including the high end places which shall not be named. This furniture holds up to the $6k and up sets that we were looking at. There is some assembly, however its easy, I would suggest starting with the coffee table and end table to get your bearings! The quality is exceptional, and the teak is really good quality. The cushions are very comfortable and the color is a bit to the grey/beige which suits the desert climate and dust issues! All in all, I'm RAVING about this set!

I contemplated buying this set last summer but the high shipping costs prevented me from doing so. Thank you Sams for lowering shipping costs to $99. This set arrived in a timely manner and all cushions were well wrapped. Assembly was quite easy, my daughter and I did it. Set looks great on my deck; I will put 2 coats of teak sealer on it. In my opinion, sealer works better than oil. I have used both and over time the oiled furniture has developed dirt and mildew. Since everything teak is so expensive, I would say this is outstanding value for your money and would highly recommend it to a friend
