[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it once. I used it on a raw sweet potato to make fries and it made them a consistent size. I think I will get a lot of use out of it. Easy to clean and much safer than the mandolin I had before.

I have just used ot once . I felt it easy to use . One problem I had is that the container that collects the veggies is smaller ,so veggies are falling off from cutter and spreading outside of the container. I am not sure yet how to over come that problem probably have to keep the slicer on a plate.

This is very easy to set up and it works very well. Theres not a lot to the adjustments, no blades to switch out, and it cleans up very easily. I like the little brush that is included to get everything out of the nooks and crannies. I have used it several times and it makes wonderful thinly sliced veggies. It is also easy to store because it folds down flat.

Absolutely love this product. I have severe arthritis and cutting up vegetables/fruits can be difficult at times. I love the ease of use that this mandolin provides me. I will definitely buy again if needed and I will be telling all my friends and family about it.

I love my Mandolin from Dash. The different size slices are a win win for a variety of recipes. Also the safety issue was a big plus for me. Using my old mandolin I would sometimes nick my fingers against the blade. Clean up is a breeze! Thank you Dash!

Definitely for firmer foods, soft stuff gets pretty squished. Only had it for less than a day, so I'm seeing a learn curve here. But all in all works as advertised for the most part, and it does save your fingers and give a more uniformed look to you food.

I love this thing! I loved my old mandolin, but it was getting dull and I kept making cuts on my fingers. This one is so much cooler! It is so easy to change between the slicer and the julienne functions. Perfect for my needs. it stores easily also. My old mandolin always had an exposed blade. I love that this one clicks into a compact size and I don't have to dodge the blade when I get it out of the cabinet.

I haven’t used it yet. It seems like a useful product but my only concern is that the small plastic parts may break over time. But, that is my concern with anything made from plastic, not just this. I bought it because I like that it is safer than traditional mandoline slicers which kind of scare me.

This has been an amazing product in the month we've had it. Easy to use and many options available. The only issue is that it is really difficult to clean. You can't get into some of the small spaces since it is so compact, but food will get stuck there so you need to work to get those out.
