So far works great. Haven't used it much but excited for what I have planned to use it in the future. East to use, set up and clean.

I like that my fingers are safe. But the thin setting isn't actually very thin. And it's harder to get clean than a traditional mandoline.

.my daughter and son-in-law urged me to get one, as they love theirs so much. I'm glad I listened. The cute are beautiful, so fast, and safe to use. The only thing I might suggest is the inclusion of a cleaning tool for safe cleaning. Thanks!

This is by far the BEST mandolin I ever used!! Well build with heavy plastic and smooth chopping. Should last for quite a while. Makes cooking faster.

I was so excited to use this! I tried them on sweet potatoes to make chips and it worked beautifully and easily without worrying about cutting myself. Now, I can't wait to julienne some veggies.
