I just bought this safe slicer and I really like it. I have really bad hand tremors which makes it hard for me to be able to slice or dice anything without getting cut. I haven’t used the dicing part but I did slice some red potatoes and did the slices on thin and thinner. I put them in my air fryer for potato chips!

I like how it is easy to use and clean, but I don’t like how the knobs in the settings are not super intuitive. I have to keep looking in the book to figure out which way to put both knobs and the dial in order to change the thickness of what I am slicing.

Right out of the box I used it for diced onions, french fries, and very thinly sliced potatoes. I will be using it for carrots and celery. Going to try it with garlic, cherry tomatoes, and strawberries. Its great! The blades are canceled inside the unit. I wont say you cant get cut but you really need to work at it to make it happen. If you have visions of using it to shred a head of cabbage, you need to precut it to a size that fits the chute. It likes the top rack of the dishwasher and requires a minimum of storage space.

I love the Dash Mandoline!! When I bought it I wasn't sure how often I'd use it but I've had it for a little under a year and I've already got my money's worth out of it! I use it to slice zucchini, potatoes, carrots, and so much more. It is super easy and safe to use and you can chop stuff up soo fast with it!

I bought this mainly to make thin french fries. It's super simple to setup and use. The only downside is cleaning it. The included brush is helpful but it's still difficult to get out all the little pieces of potato. I don't blame the product for this though, it's just the nature of all slicers. All in all great buy.

I'm in love with this gadget. I've just made matchstick potatoes. cucumber and onion salad and slaw, and it's not even lunchtime yet. It's adorable and the aqua matches my other Dash products. It's very safe and I'm not longer concerned about cutting myself. I have a hand injury and have been having a hard time making the foods we love, but now I can! Thanks Dash.

I used it today for the first time, and I'm already in love with it! Especially raw carrots, I always have a hard time because they are too hard for me to cut with a knife. It took me about 1 minute to slice, chop and julienne potatoes, carrots and onions. And maybe 30 seconds to wash it clean!

I was hoping that this mandoline would work well, but I wasn’t expecting it to be great. The first thing I sliced was lemons - not necessarily the easiest to slice thin and I sliced them on “1”. This mandoline breezed through the lemons beautifully and quickly. The slices were almost perfect. I say almost because you had to cut the end of the lemon off and set it just so in the angled chute to get it to slice straight rather than on an angle. I would highly recommend.

I love my Mandolin from Dash. The different size slices are a win win for a variety of recipes. Also the safety issue was a big plus for me. Using my old mandolin I would sometimes nick my fingers against the blade. Clean up is a breeze! Thank you Dash!

I am very grateful to be able to purchase and use this slice mandoline. I feel confident and safe and it saved a lot of time. I am comfortable with most of the functions except for dicing which I have a hard time getting uniform pieces, otherwise I would give it a five stars.
