We like the Sara Lee Artisian bread. We bought one loaf of this particular brand from our regular grocery store. It was a bit pricey for just the one loaf from them. When we saw a twin pack of these on sale at Sam's it was a no brainer to buy this. This Artisan bread has a great taste and is low in calories as we are calorie conscience these days.

This bread is thick and delicious! Only bread we eat now. It even works in the panini press because it's so thick. Not to dense. We buy this in bulk and great price compared to Publix. The two pack is like a $1 more than one loaf at regular grocery store.

Love this bread. Its soft and has a great flavor that goes well with sandwiches, as toast or with a burger. I love thats its thick and sturdy enough to use for french toast as well. I never have a hard time finding a soft bag of two. They freeze well and once thawed they are the same softness as the day I purchased and Ill leave it in th3 freezer for a month or more.

I expected to like this, but I did not so much. This bread is very WHITE and I tend to prefer wheat, oat, or rye, so I may not be a good person to ask about this loaf. They are almost too thick and "bready" for a sandwich. They are bland with butter. Pretty good with peanut butter and jelly. Good with butter and garlic too, so might be nice with lasagna and spaghetti. Yes I eat bread with Italian and I know pasta is has carbs..

We used to like this bread. The last two times I purchased it it had a doughy undercooked texture. I thought the 1st time it might have just been a bad batch so I repurchased. It had the same consistency as the previous purchase. I told my husband and he made a sandwich and had to throw it out. He says it's okay toasted. I tried making a toasted cheese sandwich and was still doughy. I guess I'll have to find a different brand.

This sandwich bread is fairly heavy, on the medium-dense side. They have the same level of light sweetness most mass produced bread in the USA have. The bread itself is a little wider and shorter than most sandwich bread and the slices are noticably thicker. The texture is a little bit gummy, but I think that's more due to how much bread you get in each bite. If you are the sort of person who want more bread in a sandwich without making it taller, this is the loaf for you.

It is the best of the white breads at Sam's but I prefer a full body more hardy bread, maybe a rye or sourdough or one of the Rustika breads. SARA LEE isn't as soft & squishy as others. Its Good for french toast and sandwiches with light fillings. It toasts nicely & freezes well. Oh hum...

I usually bake bread for the house but I saw a woman purchasing this and thought that we would try it. This bread was fresh and delicious. I would tried to pick up a loaf from a grocery store, it was not fresh and we throw it out. Whenever we need a substitute this is it.

This bread is made in Heaven. Finally, a cut of bread that makes you feel like you are actually eating BREAD! Most breads nowadays, they just are spongy and lack any kind of taste. Plus, they don't last long before they dry out of flat go bad. This bread is so soft and full, makes your sandwich come alive with whatever you put on it. We can't keep this in the house, it's gone before you know it.

Usually like this from any other store but I feel like it’s a trend when I get things from here they seem like they’re at the end of their shelf life, texture was not “fresh,” seemed like they pack up the expiring bread to sell here cause I will forget buy it here then remember
