I've always bought Knudsen, since I can remember, sour cream or the like. We especially LOVE the cottage cheese, the curds are so perfect. Not watery, not too milky, with enough curds. Just, just perfect!

This cottage cheese is delicious. This is made with milk from cows that were never given hormones or antibiotics. The texture is creamy. It’s the only cottage cheese I buy now.

i am disappointed i did not receive this product. they could have gotten a smaller size or a different brand. i was going to make a special recipe and now i cannot.
