Low quality product. Not a creamy, "real" taste, more like cheese curds mixed with starch thickened milk. Hopefully Sam's Club will bring back their Members Mark cottage cheese.

This is my favorite cottage cheese, however, the Wal-Mart on Shaw in Clovis has been OUT of the large containers for at least 5 months which is inexcusable. Wal-Mart, if you want to keep your customers you need to pay attention to your stock. Next time you order this put in an order for TWICE the amount you normally order. I can buy this all day long at COSTCO so why don' you have it in stock.

I like cottage cheese but this one was a little weird tasting to me. I ended up using it in an egg soufflé type of muffin made with eggs, peppers, bacon, cheese, and seasonings it actually came out very nice and fluffy oh and I used gluten free flour too

Knudsen has always been my favorite cottage cheese brand because it’s so creamy and thick unlike other cottage cheeses that can be watery. It’s delicious plain, with fruit, or in recipes. My only complaint is that Sam’s doesn’t carry the full fat version which is why I gave it 4 stars.

I was pre diabetic years ago. I attended a diabetes class and this was recommended as one of the food you can eat. It is lowfat and high in protein. I usually eat with fruits and it tastes great. Now my wife loves it so much that she eats with apples, bananas, nectarines etc. Price is also very reasonable.

Good price for the amount of CC you get. A great protein source w/o lots of carbs or sugar. Great as an in-between meal, or an on-the-road snack. The protein keeps you going till you get to your next healthy meal, w/o falling prey to road kill. Health benefits abound! Add it to almost any dish!

Excellent texture along with taste. For being a low fat cottage cheese, it's not noticable to us. The size of the container holds up well after being opened for at least two weeks at the right temperature. Hardly any moisture pooling, we just give it a stir before use if needed. Great vaule for the price, not to mention for being a Knudsen's product.
