fast service and nice people

Happy with these tires

Replaced the original tires on my car for the new year. Got a great set at an even greater price at Sam’s. Got to my appointment early and was not there a full hour before they were done. Drove off very happy!!!

I needed tires and the Ford dealership wanted $972 so I went to Sam’s and purchased for $562 and there was no hidden charges, all mounted and balanced and all done within an hour.

I bought similar Pirelli's for a different vehicle and after 40K miles (when I sold the car) they were still in great shape. Plus it was easy getting them installed at Sam's

Read the mix reviews before I bought the tires. I’ve had the tires for about a month and, I would buy these tires again. These tires are way better than the original tires the Accord had. The ride is smoother, less noise, and handles better in the rain.

Tires are great, but the service was terrible. I was the first vehicle of the day, it took three (3) hours, they only mounted and balanced three (3) of the four (4) tires (but I was charged for all four [4]), they "couldn't get the lug nuts off one (1) of the wheels", they stripped the threads while trying to remount the wheel on two (2) lug nuts on another wheel - told me they didn't have the capability to fix and for me to take it somewhere else to have it fixed. They did reimburse me for the cost of the stripped threads. And the employee did state " Well, you did bring a BMW to a grocery store......".

I needed a tire that would be a great fit for the east cost multiple seasons with a long tread wear. The road noised and braking distance has been reduced and I'm extremely happy with the results so far. The long term performance should be great given the Pirelli name and can't wait to see how they perform in the winter.

Great experience and very knowledgeable, respectful young men’s!

The tires looks good on my 09 Honda accord. I like the tire it rides good .the price was a little high I miss sale special by a couple of days.
