I Like that is a two in one and that it doesnt take much space.I purchased the silver one but im very disappointed,bcus its obviously not stainless steal, it gets dirty easily and marks stays on when i clean it ,The stickers to differentiate the sides dont stay on and today I noticed that its already getting rusty….I only have this garbage can for two weeks Smh!….Will return it!

This product met my expectations. It is holds the plastic kitchen bags nicely (I was afraid the white plastic might peek out, but it does not). It seems durable and appropriate for my kitchen application. When the lids open and close it is quiet. The product came with colored oval labels to add to the foot pedal to identify the contents of each can.

We needed an attractive trash bin for a tight spot. It fits perfectly and looks great, but take into consideration the compartment measurements. We have to walk outside to our garage to empty the trash so many times I have an additional trash bag nearby. If you have the space, buy one of the larger cans. But for us, we do not have that option. The can was also delivered free in two days!

We just purchased this, so I didn't mark excellent for durability, because we don't know yet- it appears to be quite durable, though. It looks 'smart' & is large enough for our needs. A great find! A friend commented- "Fancy"!! I definitely would recommend this item!

I was looking for something that I could use for both trash and recycling. This can is exactly as described and so far works very well. It looks great in my kitchen (which I have recently remodeled) and fits in well with the other stainless appliances.

We are required to separate glass and cans from paper and cardboard. This attractive can a good value and is perfect for the job. 13 gallon trash bags can be used to line the bins if desired. Each bin has a handle for easy removal. Pricing at Walmart was significantly lower than could be found on other websites. My only concern is that it was shipped in 2 large cardboard boxes when a single box would have be adequate.

Previously had a stainless trash can that I loved and had a touch top release lid, but the top had a rigid plastic rim and cracked within a year. The manufacturer replaced it with same top and it cracked again. Was pleased to see that this double and larger can has softer black plastic that won't crack; (it's a different manufacturer). The two individual trash containers in this can are slightly lower capacity, but I can live with that inconvenience in exchange for the convenience of a better looking way to recycle. It is over all fairly bulky, with two containers, but again, it goes well with stainless steel appliances and contains our recycling and trash in one easy spot. Only downside is the step-on opener seems less sturdy than I'd like; time will tell if it holds up. One more up side, fewer finger prints on the metal parts, because it's a hands free opener. So far so great!

Works well, good quality, good size. Great solution for separating recycling from trash. Only design flaw is the container removal - I haven't figured out how to remove the internal container without touching the trash bag. That is, when you place the bag in the internal container, it covers the lifting handle.

The overall appearance of the bin is good, however the first bin I received the left side bin lid would not shut all the way. The lid would get stuck. I returned the first bin to the store and had to order another one. The second one I received does the same thing so I'm guessing it's a problem with the manufacturing process...

I was so excited to see this all in one trash and recycle bin as we've been storing our recycling and trash separately in the kitchen. It holds 13 gallons in each bin and is a decent size. I can easily fit it in my kitchen. The only issue I had is that when I received the trash bin, it had a huge dent on the size. I'm exchanging it for another and excited to use it.
