Overall this is a great bed. It was very easy to put together and could easily be done by one person. The instructions were easy to follow and it came with the tool you need for assembly. It was packaged well and had no damage after shipping. It feels very sturdy. It is very aesthetically pleasing. It is very low to the ground. I am using this bed for a young child so that is a plus for me but I would not want a bed that low as an adult. I am pleased with this bed and recommend it fully.

looked all over for a sturdy bed at a good price. This was it! Im very impressed so far with the quality and detail that went into the make of this bed. Assembly was a breeze and my boyfriend and I assembled this in under 30minutes. We could have easily built it with 1 person. Instructions were clear and simple. They even provided a torque wrench for assembly which made those corner screws much easier to tighten! This is definitely sturdy with the frame sitting on the ground on all sides and a metal bar with 3 supports for the bed. The slats have velcro and do not slide, and the slats also have 2 pieces of grip like paper so the bed doesnt slide either. No creaking or movement from the bed or headboard. It does sit low to the ground, which we like. The pictures make it clear how low the bed is so just be sure you check the height. We have just a mattress with no box spring and the headboard is the right height for that and the bed itself supports it. If you have a boxspring you won't see much of the headboard.

I used this bed frame for my kid’s mattress! I liked the fact that I don’t need a box spring since it’s 8” of distance to the floor and they don’t need a higher size. Also, it’s such a great quality, easy to assemble and looks durable.

This bedframe was extremely simple to assemble. It is very low to the ground and really nice for small kids going from toddler to big beds. The design is nice and has a great quality finish. The supports in the center make the bed feel very sturdy and makes a box spring unnecessary.

All in all I have to say this was a fantastic item. I don't really know much about this brand as I've never heard of them before. But zinus has done an amazing job of thinking about the consumer and how the consumer would put this product together. They thought of the most common mistakes that could be made while installing or putting this together they thought of. How can we make all of the pain points easier? What's durable? What's going to work and they executed it brilliantly?. The frame is steel but it's a tube so that way it gives it some rigid strength. Get some flexibility. It's also not overly rigid so it does have some give to the piece so that way it doesn't snap or crack or break too easily. The wood slats that they've provided also add extra support to the frame, so if it were to be pushed or leaned on a particular direction, it's not going to physically snap or break the metal because the wood is actually going to give it some form of bracing. The wood is a really pretty color and it's seemingly strong enough to withstand most damage and it's solid which is nice. The bolts and nuts that they used are locking which is amazing because it means you can't over screw the item. They give you a brilliant little ratchet to tighten everything versus that horrible little Allen wrench which is amazing for getting into tight corners. I'm going to keep this thing and use it over and over and over again. I was floored that they thought of this. Even the instructions were foolproof. They had only two types of screws so long and short which thick labeled s and l long short so very logical ideas. All of the parts are put together so you had them labeled one through 12 and then the two parts that were to join together. So if you had build a there were it was three and four on one end left and right. And then the joining slot would also be labeled three and four. So that way you knew you're joining three to three and four to four. It was brilliant. The bed itself isn't too tall. It's l a little above about half a foot off the ground which is perfect for our 3-year-old daughter to get in and out of bed by herself. The mattress we have on the bed in the picture is the maker's Mark premiere memory foam mattress which is supposed to be 12 inches. It's still in the process of inflating. I don't think it's going to necessarily get to the full 12 but it as you can see again the headboard there. It's not going to have any items get lost in that gapping which is nice for her. But it's also a decent thickness. And when you lay down on the mattress on top of the wooden slats, it doesn't feel hard or stiff at all. You still get solid support. Slaps themselves. Most brilliant idea ever. They have velcro in between each of the slats and you lay them down nicely and there's velcro on the actual rails so that way they don't slide and move in place. You also have two wooden slats that have sticky tape that you can peel off which then can grab or attach to your mattress so your mattress doesn't slide so little things like that is where they thought of, which is absolutely brilliant. This is the full size frame so they've also included two support feet about a third of the way down the mattress to give a little added support in the center of the bed again because it's a full again. Thoughtful especially for a full size bed so it can be used as a full grown adult bed for like guest room or for a small child without you risking damaging the frame or the support system.

I received this bed frame and my son and I put it together last night in about an hour. I found the directions were easy enough to understand by just looking at the fully assembled photo that was included. It went together easily and looks great in my son’s room. He loves it! It’s definitely a lower profile so I don’t see it being an option for older guests like grandma or grandpa, but that’s not unexpected with a platform bed. A couple of nice touches that I’ve not seen on other similar products include the Velcro along the frame to hold the boards in place and the sticky tape that was included to help keep your mattress from sliding.

For someone who hates putting things together and avoids it at all costs this has to be one of the most user friendly builds I have come across. When I first opened the box I got slightly overwhelmed by the number of screws that appeared to be in the box. The reality was it wasn’t a lot at all. All the pieces went together so easy. There is something to say about a company that makes sure all the holes line up and the customer isn’t fumbling trying to piece it together. I had a recent nightmare experience with some Adirondack chairs where none of the screw holes were lining up and it took so much effort to get all the pieces in place so the screws could have a straight path of insertion. This was NOTHING like that. Everything went together like butter. BUTTER. The bed looks great in the room looks identical to the photo my only concern is the bed does feel a little low to the ground and there is no lip to lock the mattress in place. The wood does have an adhesive but I’m old fashion and like to flip my mattresses so I’m worried that adhesive will either stick to the mattress or start to wear out. Overall great product for the price tag.

This is a great bed for an apartment, dormitory or guest room. However, I am not sure if everyone's guest would like being so low to the floor. I am a fan of platform beds, but I do understand that it is not everyone's cup of tea. The bed was simple to put together. The instructions were in the form of pictures ONLY!! The bed came with all of the necessay tools to assemble it. The assembly was quite simple. It took me 40 minutes to put it together, however I was working alone. I love that the bed comes with velcro to hold the slats in place as well as upperstrips to keep your mattress from sliding. The slats are not the best quality. I could see those easily breaking after a couple of months. I would suggest purchasing a sturdier set and attaching velcro to those. Overall, it is a nice, clean, sleek looking bed.

This bed has a nice to look to it. Not as sturdy as I’d like it to be. I was surprised that it was kinda low to the ground too. This would probably be a better bed frame for a little kid. I think it would be better if the bottom part of the frame had non slip rubber or something, because the whole bed frame slides pretty easy.

Had this sat taller/higher, it would have received 5 stars. It is unbelievably low to the ground. The color is cute. The design is cute. It’s easy to put together and it’s sturdy. But holy cow, it’s like lying down in a child’s hot wheels bed- it’s so low. So if that’s your preference- buy it.
