The frame is well made and has the best tools and instructions of any home-assembled item I've ever purchased. They did something I've never seen before - including a ratcheting allen wrench that fit perfectly everywhere you need to work. Spare parts, screws with lock washers in place, instructions that were all pictures (working in any language) but REALLY easy to understand. And I was able to assemble the frame all by myself - that NEVER happens. I'm a 63 year old woman with only rudimentary skills. THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT PRODUCT!

My granddaughter loved the bed, says she slept so comfortably. The twin mattress fit perfectly in a corner of my craft room. The mattress is sitting on top of the Zinus platform bed that I also bought at Sam’s. So glad I bought the two.

Excellent Frame , It was worried whether it would too rustic for me , but just the right piece for my Son's bedroom. Very sturdy , in fact much sturdier than the more expensive beds I have

I did a lot of research before purchasing this bed. It's sturdy - doesn't squeak and a good height. The mattress doesn't move around and it's really all I could have hoped for! The only downside was the instructions were a tad bit confusing but me and a friend put it together in less than 2 hours. Love this bed! Would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive platform bed that is wood.

Bought this for my son to get his mattress off the floor before his foot surgery I wanted to make it easier for him to get in and out of bed He loves it Said it was a great help and so nice looking Sam's delivered it to his door in the small town in the Four corners where he lives

I ordered this for my 15 yo daughter. It arrived on time in excellent condition. She put it together herself. Very pleased with the product.

I purchased this for my 14 year old son. Quality is good . Time will tell if it holds up. At this time it seems to be a good platform.

Modern and simple look just as expected ... assembly was very easy, I did it alone and in very little time. Only suggestion if you have wood floors as I do use rubber pads under the legs as the bed tends to slide easily during any extra movement and u may just end up on the other side of the room ...

was expecting a bit more from it. pros: well packed, easy assemble decent price, real wood cons: i was expecting mattress would set in a few inches within frame is doesnt, finish seems like a quick/basic job, overall design could have been a bit better. i sort of regret not getting a frame from a big furniture store or the Swedish furniture store even if it wasn't solid wood

I was repeatedly shipped the wrong bed. I had to haul the bed to Sams Club to return it. I never got the right one. The phone customer support was not helpful in resolving this.
