The ice was fine. Was super glad that Sam's carried it and that it was right at the front on your way out the door!

Ordered a bunch of ice. You can tell when it was brought out to me that it had sat out for a while because it had melted and then re-hardened once for back in the freezer had to beat it with a mallet just to break it up.

Ordered online gave me different size and told me the scanner wont let them scan incorrect item. Customer service reached out 8 replied and nothing else happened
