One of the better deals at Sam's Club!

Scan and go great however the greeter are no help they stand there on phone and see us struggling with carts and they don’t pull them out.

It was absolutely the iciest ice that I have ever had. Cold, crisp, and definitely less expensive than the local convenience store.

Quantity good, price great! I do nor underscore for poor customer service. Yes, that is important, however for me rhe products are the most important. I can call to complain regarding the service.

The bag of ice is cheap but melts very fast.

Because Sam's Club gives priority to lazy shoppers who purchase items online, they are out of stock way too often to not have extra on hand. So the few leftover ice bags are always torn open.

After almost 30 years of membership, (In fact; we were members before Sam's was Sam's! Does anyone else remember PACE?) my wife and I decided to cancel our membership. All over 2 bags of ice. Your call center AND member services dropped the ball BIG TIME! Clearly, you are far too big to care about a 26 yrar member.
