Imperial Sugar Pure Cane 10 lb.

Cheaper than the store brands and desolves quickly.  Awesome find. Saves money too.

It was a solid block of sugar. I've read reviews from other's who had experienced this too. First time it happened to me. What's in it that's causing this now? Can't trust our food supplies these days. Everything is being modified and GMO'd.

It was like a salt block but sugar instead 😤

This is the same as regular sugar but it's more finely ground so it dissolves more easily.  This is especially helpful when making frostings that call for regular sugar (not confectioners sugar).  This finer granulation allows frosting to not turn out grainy in texture.
