Bag was hard as a rock. Had large clumps of sugar like rocks inside.

The sugar was old and I had to hammer it to loosen it up

Imperial sugar is absolutely the best. I do a lot of baking and imperial always produces perfect results. Why pay more for a brand name when a better product is hiding in a lesser known brand.

I order 3, 10lbs bags of sugar. All 3 were open! Not busted, the top of the bags were not sealed! They were in ziplock bags. Makes me wonder how long did they sit open in the warehouse! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Didnt get my order until next morning...I had dairy products. N had to get a neighbor to go n get it to take to there house so my items wouldn't parish out n the heat...because of a NON DELIVERY THE DAY B4...ABSOLUTE BAD SERVICES FROM PEARLAND SAMS
