This is NOT EXTRA FINE by any definition. In fact it is a slightly larger graule than standard sugar you buy in a bag at any market. It does NOT dissolve well at all. Ridiculously overpriced and mislabeled.

This package is more expensive than 3 packages of 4 lb. Supposedely you buy bigger package to get a better price, but this is like 20% more expensive. Go with the 4lb better.

The bag had a very big hole in it and had spilled out inside of the Walmart plastic bag. I had to toss it.
