The 32-piece dinnerware set arrived packed very well which I was impressed by. The embossed design is really pretty and the dishes seem have a little weight to them. I like that the Dinner plates are slightly bigger than other dinner plates I've had in the past. They're conveniently dishwasher and microwave safe! I highly reccomend!

Just got the plates and 1 has a defect on the underside of the plate and on top of the plate. Emailed CUSTOMERSERVICE@OVERBACK.COM twice over the past 5 days for resolution help and still no response. If they do not respond I will have to take the whole set back to Sams and wait for it to go back on sale. Over & Back's website has no customer service phone number and the "WANT TO CHAT STAT?" option on their Contacts page is just text with no link to chat with an agent.

These are nice, heavy duty dishes that are both dishwasher and microwave safe. They are good to look at, and they are thus far durable. We actually replaced our entire home's set with this set because we like them so much. Very pleased.

This is a beautiful set of dinnerware! The white color gives it such an elegant look. The handles on the cups are the perfect fit for my hand. The bowls are deep and the plates are large. I absolutely love them!

So pretty and has a small rim so there's more room on the plate. Bought two sets love them!
