If you're looking for an affordable way to organize your space, this is it. When properly installed it is very sturdy and hold more gear than you would think. Definitely my go to if more storage is needed. So pleased with quality we are thinking about using their outdoor kitchen products for next project.

I bought 6 of these and I really like them. 24 gauge is not that solid however it allows one person to unpack and install it easily. Packaging is good too. My biggest problem with these lockers is those oversized warning stickers attached with some nasty superglue. It took me longer to take those off than to install a locker.

I purchased an 7 piece set about a month ago, and needed 1 additional cabinet. I researched garage systems for quite while before I decided on New Age. After cleaning out the space and removing the old built in work bench, set up this system and was blown away with the quality and how much more storage I gained. The single cabinet was an add on to the original purchase. It’s a great value and made in the USA!

The cabinets arrived in good shape. But when we started to install them the moulding on one of the lockers came off. It was the moulding that runs from top to bottom on the door. We tried to snap it back on but it would not go back on. I guess someone didn't install it right. I guess I can drill a hole in the door and put a knob on it. Should have known they were too good to be true.

We purchased (2) Bold series (30 inch) Lockers, one was damaged by the freight company but New Age was easy o work with and are shipping a replacement Locker to meet our schedule. The New Age personnel were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Great experience.

I bought a seven piece set, and then two extra base cabinets at different times. This took place the middle of December and the beginning of January. The seven piece set came on a pallet, and the delivery company was nice enough to fork it into my garage with a pallet jack. All of the packages arrived with tears or cuts in the packaging though they are packaged really well and the only damage I noted was a small dent on the lower side of one of the base cabinets and it really isn't noticeable because its butted up against another cabinet. The cabinets themselves are easy to install. I did it myself in my basement using a hand cart to get them down the stairs. They look pretty good if not a little like file cabinets which is alright in my basement. I think I might put a set in my garage. Seems to be good quality and I like the adjustable shelving. I've had no contact with customer service, so can't review that aspect.

Poor design and construction for these upper bold series cabinets. They have no shelf and are tall enough to need one without question. They have a large lift over of about 1 3/4”, the inside bottom of the cabinet is lower than the opening because of the wide frame and only single layer. I have some steel cabinets from the 50s that are designed much better. Plus they are all dented in the front of the doors in the same spot as a manufacturing flaw.

We bought these for our garage set-up in Venice FL 4 years ago. We like them so well that we ordered another set (a different color--I get bored easily), for the new house we are currently building. They are still in the boxes, however I opened each one and inspected them to validate any issues. One door on a tall cabinet was stuck inside the frame. The rep offered me some money or a replacement. I fixed it pretty easily. Our garage at this house is not heated and so far neither the heat or salt air has had any effect on them. With the exception of some sunscreen I got on them when removing things (I'm sure it will wipe off easily), they look like new. They are a good day's work to install (if you have the large set as we do), but certainly doable by someone who is pretty handy. Our garage is all block, so having the ability to drill it (hammer drill) is important.

I cannot say enough about this company. I have done 2 of my houses in this system.. Great quality. Outstanding packagaing. In fact if it comes damaged it must have been dropped from a plane. They go above and beyond to make sure it arrives In perfect condition. Less than a week to arrive at my door. My garage was never really complete till I use this product. So many configurations to choose from and customize to anyone needs. Definatly 5 star in my books.

I ordered a single roller cabinet and when I recieved the unit I unpacked it to find it was damaged either prior to packaging or in shipment. I was offered a credit of less than 30 percent or a new replacement. I opted for the replacement. When I recieved the replacement, I unpacked it and found it was damaged as well. I was offered a better credit or new unit, but opted for the credit as I believea new unit would arrive damaged as well. I firmly believe the method of packing and the shipper are at fault for the damage. Customer support was helpful in the issue however packaging of single cabinets needs to be addressed prior to shipping. Not after the damage has occured. I had ordered a set of cabinets which were all packaged well as a unit and strapped to a pallet. These were recieved in pristine condition. Probably because of not being handled by hand. Customer support was helpful
