[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this corn in my corn muffins. I normally use fresh but this corn worked great! You can just get a box of jiffy add 2 T melted butter plus one can of well drained corn and bake as suggested on the box.

For starters you cant go wrong with corn! Granted some companies may not have it canned as fresh as others but I would leave Del Monte out of that equation. Next time you make a quick meal like hamburger helper, turn a can of Del Monte corn over into it! You're welcome! ☺

We got this complimentary and we like to make corn and mix it in our mashed potatoes. It is definitely a go to that is easy for us. With a little salt and pepper you can eat it right out of the can.
