My kids and I eat so much corn so you best believe they were super excited to receive more corn to come up with a recipe in our voxbox. It was delicious as always and I loved the hint of sea salt to give it the perfect flavoring. We added some to our soup, cornbread, and mixed in with some jalapeños by themselves as well as mixed in with mashed potatoes. Lots of ideas came up and we wanted to try them all. There's never really a moment when we don't have corn in our home so every last bite was taken of this can of corn.

Usually I would eat the store off-brand because it's cheaper and I figured it's probably all the same. This corn was actually good! I added half the can to my Ramen (authentic Ramen noodles, chicken broth, pork belly, spinach, and corn). It was delicious and added just the right amount of sweetness!

It had a sweet taste but not overtly as if sweeteners have been added. I had it in salads, as one of my side vegetables with lunch and dinner. As fresh as canned vegetables can be. I was impressed by how firm they still were. Some canned and bagged vegetables can get quite soggy. I would purchase again.
