I actually don't remember ever not using Del Monte corn. It is great in all my casseroles and soups. It stays firm through the cooking process and does not wilt or become chewy like others. I would recommend to anyone that has not tried this corn. Oh ya, it is reasonably priced.

It was really really good and no one could even tell it did not have salt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Del Monte Fresh Cut Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn is delicious! It tastes fresh and slightly sweet. It's easy and versatile. I mixed it with fresh white sweet corn and it didn't need anything else added to it to taste great. It'd be good in homemade salsa, vegetable soup, cornbread, or any number of recipes made with corn. Recommended.
