Great consistency. Nice and crisp. Has a good color and texture. Not too mushy. Great to mix in with just about anything.

This corn is used in every dish possible. It is a great price and very nutritious. Highly recommend for a side or adding to an entree for crunch.

I wouldn't call 13-25% sodium a DASH. It is more like a salt lick. I'll stick with fresh veggies until such time as the sodium content is reduced.
