I wouldn't call 13-25% sodium a DASH. It is more like a salt lick. I'll stick with fresh veggies until such time as the sodium content is reduced.

This is very enjoyable to eat. I usually like to have this as a side or have it mixed into my rice. The sweet corn is very tasty

Never had any issues with the sweet corn out of Del Monte cans! Something about this corn that is absolutely wonderful! Never has let me down!

Pretty good canned corn. I’ve moved more towards frozen or fresh corn over canned but Delmonte is one of the better brands for sure.

I love this stuff, I like to make taco soup with it and a mixture of other beans from this brand as well! Not overbearing and just the perfect taste!
