My husband got me making casserole. Never made one before. When i make my favorites one i use Del Monte. Its sweet but not sugary sweet. Elbow mac, shredded chicken (i use the leftovers from night before) cream of chicken soup. Cook mac and mix all in cake pan. Sprinkle Del Monte corn over the top then a layer of shredded cheese and a layer of crushed Ritz crackers.

I liked to use mine in a stuffed pumpkin (mashed potato, corn, and meat in a sugar pumpkin). Good taste, crisp corn.

My boyfriend doesn't like it so crispy so I just heat it a couple of minutes longer & it suits both of us. It has a wonderful flavor. Highly recommend. Del Monte corn has always had the sweet taste and it is good for you.

Delmonte canned goods are a true pantry staple for my family. The sweet whole kernel corn always tastes so fresh. I will cook it as a side dish or include it in recipes (we cannot get enough Tex-Mex food, so we use A LOT of corn). I always trust Delmonte corn whereas I am sometimes unsure about the quality of the store brands. I always keep it this in my pantry.
