These are great for quick recipes and sides. Great to go in a mixed green salad. I would really just lower the sodium content. These are more on the affordable side. I would recommend!

It's hard to get excited about canned corn but Del Monte is my go to. I especially love using this corn for baking sweet cornbread. Everything always tastes fresh and gives my cornbread that extra umph that makes it special.

The corn is literally just corn that is taken off of a cob and put in a can. You can use a can opener to open it and you can use a spoon to open it more and eat it. It's good with tajin as well.

I very much enjoy mixing in some corn to my chicken tortilla soup as well as Mexican style bowls to feed the family. Delmonte will always be our go to brand
