I use this brand of corn a lot in quesadillas, chili, and soups. I typically drain and rinse the corn before using, but overall a good product and would recommend it.

I find tell Del Monte canned corn to be the best. It has a very fresh taste and it has a nice crisp crunch to it. I highly recommend it! Tastes so fresh and delicious. I added fresh cut spinach, avocado, the corn I received in my box, peppers, shredded chicken and beans! The light dressing on top is squeezed lime & lemon juice mixed with olive oil. Add spices as needed.
