When I'm in a mood of of esquite (mexican corn in cup) this is my go to. Affordable price and great taste. Also use it to make mexican rice. Nothing to improve in my opinion.

This is a cost effective and tasty side to any meal. Can also be used in casseroles. Add some paprika, salt, and pepper and it’s an easy side dish. It can be easily made in the micro cooker in the microwave.
