I used to be hooked on this as a skid and the texture and flavour was like no other but u don believe it is not nutritionally good for you. I think the price point is reasonable though.

I like to use Del Monte's canned golden sweet corn for casseroles, which always adds good taste and texture. We do prefer fresh corn as a side, but it's a nice quick alternative when we're running short on time.

This is a classic, exactly what I would expect for canned corn. Nothing fancy but an easy side, I just microwaved the corn in a microwave safe bowl and added a little salt and pepper. Could be good as an add in to simple ramen.

Del Monte Sweet Corn is very delicious my kids favorite snack. You can warm it up and make some esquite and it's very delicious. The packaging keeps your product fresh.
