Does the trick in recipes, not so great on its own. Not a fault of the brand, just the result of canning. I use it for corn casserole and it tastes great. And it always tastes better than out of season fresh corn.

I really love this sweet corn. I use it for a few different things. It's great in a corn casserole and I also love roasting it in a pan and using it as a topper for salads and dips. Try it out! You won't be disappointed.
