The texture is soft and has a sweet taste. Packaging was great in the can which kept it fresh. Corn doesn't really have a nutritional value as your body can't break it down

Delmonte corn has a sweet and salty taste I add it to my rice , tuna salads and stews . Even heated up & mayonnaise just added to it my kids love it . Very affordable as well
