I like to put this corn in chili, salsa, casseroles or just heat and serve as a main vegetable. My favorite is to make corn casserole with it you also need the cream corn. It has good flavor and the corn is not mushy.

It's just ok for me. I prefer frozen vegetable, corn especially. If it's on sale, I'll buy it in case I run out of frozen. I would much rather buy organic, even if it costs more since corn is considered gmo.

Canned is not what I prefer to use. However, when I'm in a pinch, these are what I prepare. They are pretty good. Just rinse the juice adding boil in water.

Really fresh taste is good texture was good not watery good value for money and Tom was in good packaging. Stayed freshness for about three days in a pot in the fridge.
