Good and fresh tasting. I like to use this in my casseroles. Seems to be pretty healthy, I usually only use a half of a can at a time. It stores well in fridge so I can use it in another dish later in the week.

The freshness of Delmonte doesn’t disappoint with their corn. My favorite recipe to use this with is to fry up some bacon and then add the corn in a pan until Golden.

Love to have this as a side or as an ingredient in so many dishes. Great in the summer for a lighter option or in the colder months in those hearty stews!
