Great to use in summer salads or mashed potatoes gravy and corn. Not as delicious as corn on the cobb, fresh is always better. Still this is a very good substitute for fresh and very convenient for crockpot recipes.

Del monte is such a good brand for canned goods. We love this brand of sweetcorn. We buy alongside frozen for those fresh meals when necessary. Very tasty and cheap enough.
