Most canned vegetables aren't at the top of my list when it comes to freshness and quality. The exception would be this product by Del Monte. It almost tastes as good as if it came straight off the cob......

Corn was a big dinner side and Del Monte was always a pleaser. The juices it sits in have a lot of flavors and it's really good. We even used to eat it straight out of the can.

Love this corn when making the Mexican savory snack, Esquites (corn in a cup). Not the exact same from when the elote man comes by, but it gets the job done nicely!
