My daughter has become such a picky eater that it is a struggle to get any variety of vegetables in her. I love keeping these on hand as with no notice she will announce she’d like corn and with these I can have some on her plate within minutes. Of course they are delicious in recipes for the adults as well, but they get 2 thumbs up from our harshest critic. Simply heated up with a dash of sea salt and she’s on her way.

What can I do differently with it?&nbsp; So I decided to make home made corn bread. As I started mixing the ingredients, I knew it was going to be good. Del Monte has the BEST canned corn. The cream of the crop, one could say, if this was creamed corn. It's not. I don't like creamed corn. I love this corn though. The kernels are just right, no weird textures with or hard bits (I'm looking at you, GG). The flavor is great and they always taste fresh! Can never go wrong with delicious Del Monte corn.

Tastes fresh and still has a crunch and sweetness to it. A little more money than what you would pay for an off brand but what you get is good quality corn.
