I don't like to mess up a good thing, so I let it exist as it's beautiful self. I heat and eat as a veggie side, but I've been known to throw a can in chili or fresh salsa, as well!

Usually when I use canned corn I have to add a lot of seasoning to give it flavor. Due to them adding sea salt this was not the case with the Del Monte corn. After you cook it you can just add a little pepper to taste with no additional seasoning needed. I used mine on taco night.

Add some butter and a little bit of seasonings and boil for a few minutes and you've got a great tasting addition to any meal. My kids actually eat it too! The Del Monte golden sweet whole kernel corn is so delicious. The corn always taste fresh and crisp and has a bright yellow color. It doesn’t ever seem mushy or soggy and has a nice fresh taste. The Del Monte brand of corn is my favorite among the other brands. I would recommend to anyone.
