This is awesome, I use it for my dogs with hip problems, wow it's nice to see them running again. Adjust to your dogs weight - very important to much can cause lots of problems.

I have been taking this for 10 years and I noticed if I skip a dose for two or three days, my joints, my knees and ankles feel stiff and achy. This supplement is effective.
