[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to trying Nature'sWay joint movement because i do have a lot of joint pain, however, the taste was not good. It did have a berry smell and a light berry taste, but the syrupyness and bad aftertaste made it hard. I tried it straight by it self and then in water. I think the water made it worse, because there was more to swallow that way. After 5 or 6 days, I just couldn't take the taste anymore and stopped taking it. So, I don't know if it would have helped me or not.

I've seen that being added to hair and skin care, but now drinks too? Anyway besides that I thought it was good. I like the berry flavor and sugar free taste. It works for me. I have moderate arthritis in my neck. It is not a super drug. I find that when I use it daily my neck does not bother me. However, when I stop using it for a week or so the pain returns. My suggestion is you try it for a month and see if you notice a difference.

I feel like I’m taking children’s cough medicine which isn’t my favorite and the taste also wasn’t very good. Otherwise, I’ve incorporated a joint supplement into my daily vitamin routine.
