I have been taking it every morning, and so far, so good. I recommend it to friends and family.

This stuff seems to do the trick and helps lubricate my joints so my knee doesn’t hurt anymore. It’s easy to take. I just use the cap and shoot it down. You could put it in juice or water if you don’t like the taste. I prefer the liquid over taking a bunch of pills.

The taste of the product is not the best, it didnt bother me, I dont expect medicine to taste good. The instructions state you can mix it in with another liquid, like juice for better taste.
