I have tried everything to get where I can actually put my information on the file label. I put in add text and I get a block with ABC in it, it try to change the info to my label needs and it goes away and will not fill. What am I missing?

I will never purchase Dymo products again. Using proprietary labels is unacceptable. We used to buy up to 10 printers a year and 100's of rolls of labels. No longer. This is because of your greed.

Can't even recognize your own labels!!!! never works. light just flashes , says can't find labels. when its your dymo labels

Lots of problems with these labels. I am using the appropriate labels and the label writer often does not recognize them.

the old DYMO is great but this 550 turbo is a disaster, software is difficult to work with and labels are not reading DYMO or not DYMO .

The 550 Turbo will only recognize certain label sizes, it gives me an error when I try using the DYMO brand 28mm x 89mm. It is so frustrating.

This product works well with any computers systems. I love this product. Now I will be buying the WIFI product next.

I purchased from Stapples and now I find I can get them cheaper from your company. Wonderful!

The labels are OK. No major issues. They do fade quicly if exposed to sun.
