Constant issues with this product. When swapping labels out to different sizes, the RFID chip doesn't read half the time. I'm using genuine labels but I have to throw away at least half the rolls. Margins don't work when printing from internet browser so I can never align the text. This product used to work well. My company has hundreds of these printers, I don't understand how Dymo can screw it up so badly.

Dymo makes everything so easy with label recognition as soon as you put the spool into the printer. These truly are next-level, professional labels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These labels are the perfect size for letters. They stick well but won't come off easily. I really like these labels and will use them a lot for letters to family.

This model and updated software is very difficult to use. Not user friendly at all. All of us in the office miss our old one. The software should be changed to be more like the old version. Need an 18 pt font option.

I've had my printer for quite awhile - it's excellent -- I'm able to label everything from cupcake plastic carriers to obviously all sizes of envelopes.

Our Older model was great. This one is Not easy to use. The older model I could pull up my contact list and print them all at once. If there is a way to do it with this one, I have not found it yet.
